THIS WEEK'S POWERTIP
Great Outlook training from YouTube (of all places)
By David Gewirtz

This week's ten-minute tip is both easy and fun. If you're interested in learning about Outlook, consider watching some training videos. Oh, you don't want to buy training? No problem. I bet you didn't know this, but YouTube is chock-full of great Outlook training -- and you can keep your wallet in your pocket.

While most people think of YouTube as the home of cute, cuddly animals and incredibly stupid stunts, YouTube turns out to be an amazing training resource. Just visit the site, type in "Outlook 2007" or "Outlook 2003" or any other applicable term into the Search field, and you'll be presented with a whole host of training options.

You may need to dig past the SharePoint sales-hype videos, but if you're willing to click through a few pages, you'll find lots of useful material, and it's yours for the taking.

Just one word of warning (well, actually two words): don't type in "cuddly cats". Resist the urge. If you visit YouTube and type in "cuddly cats" into the search bar, you deserve the complete loss of productivity you'll incur. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Product availability and resources
Visit YouTube. Also resist the urge to type in "David Hasselhoff" or "hooked on a feeling". Don't type "Mentos" or "Diet coke". And, whatever you do, don't type in "stupid human tricks" or, worst of all: "idiot".
