OUTLOOK Q&A
Once more into the breach: where's my missing mail?
By Joe Dolittle
Reader Barbara writes us with one of the more common questions we get:
After I read the email it is gone......looked everywhere....what do I do? I have Outlook 2002.
If you haven't poked around the OutlookPower site in the last month, you might have missed our redesign. Our single, largest feature is we've added a comprehensive article directory, which includes a troubleshooting section containing 93 articles that will help you solve Outlook problems. Topics include:
- Troubleshooting Exchange (6 articles)
- Troubleshooting .PST files (5 articles)
- Troubleshooting reminders (11 articles)
- Troubleshooting error messages (1 article)
- Troubleshooting missing email (14 articles)
- Troubleshooting contacts (5 articles)
- Troubleshooting managing email (4 articles)
- Troubleshooting rules (3 articles)
- Troubleshooting Outlook Express (2 articles)
Obviously, Barbara, with so little information to go on, we can't tell you how to find your email. But if you visit the Troubleshooting missing email section, there are 14 articles that should be able to help you out.
Good luck!
Joe is a ZATZ associate editor. Prior to this job, he was customer support manager for the FileFlex database engine.
