Using a hosted Exchange mailbox, you can be confident that your Outlook data will always be in sync, no matter where you are, or what copy of Outlook (or which device) you use to work with it. Despite the minor drawbacks I described earlier, I think a hosted Exchange mailbox is a must for anyone who needs anytime, anywhere access to their Outlook data.
