My rating
MAPILab's Attachments Processor for Microsoft Outlook Add-in claims to be the most powerful and multifunctional add-in for managing attached files. As a three-in-one solution, I would have to say that I was very pleased with its wide range of functionality. The benefits of using Attachments Processor include:

  • You can conserve space on the Microsoft Exchange Server
  • You can share files with others
  • You can protect files using password-protected archives
  • You can easily pack huge files
  • You can custom-manage security controlled files

All-in-all, I believe Attachments Processor is worth the fully licensed version price ranging from $24 for a single user to $1,200 for a 100-user license. I installed the 30-day trial version and have found it useful, especially the archiving functionality, helping me automatically organize attached files in the categories of human resources, software development, and images and diagrams.

OUR RATING: 3 of 5
