THIS WEEK'S POWERTIP
Ode to the shift key
By David Gewirtz

Some tips are long.
Fortunately, we're rarely wrong.
Some tips are short.
Counting words can be a sport.

But you know you're elite,
When you get tip about how to delete.
Clicking the X sends your tip to trash,
A big ol' email mish-mash.

Holding shift can give your disk space a lift.
Press Shift while clicking the X.
Yes, it's definitely more complex.
But your message will vanish,
Be permanently banished,
And that cleared out disk space will be our gift.

The brilliantly rhyming David Gewirtz often has great timing, especially when a bio is required, for we know you'll never be tired, of that yearning, burning, churning feeling of learning that comes from knowing all the tips and techniques we scour to bring you OutlookPower.
